Sunday June 13

11:00 a.m.  A short devotional before the rally registration begins.  Anyone who has arrived by that time is welcome to attend.

12:00 Noon  Early registrations starts.  Take a bath (use soap!).  Rest!

Go riding and explore!

3:00 p.m.  Neat entertainment.  Come see the Firehouse Cloggers.

National and Internationally acclaimed award winners from Charlotte, NC.

5:00 p.m. Hospitality room closes.

5:30 p.m. Let's go to the Flat Rock restaraunt for a Dutch treat supper.  The movie will not start until this group is back from supper

7:00 p.m.  Movie night at the hotel. (Main Ballroom)

Monday June 14

8:00 a.m.  Registration/hospitality room opens (in the convention center).

Guided and self-guided tours!

8:00 a.m.  Rides begin.  Line-up is on the LEFT SIDE OF HOTEL, pointed towards the rear of the hotel.  Check your ride sheet to see what time your ride is scheduled to leave.

8:00 a.m.  Long day ride leaves for the “Wheels Through Time” antique motorcycle museum. The ride continues through the scenic mountain area.  (Self-guided tour to Deal's Gap/Cherohala Skyway/Cherokee may continue from this point).  **Notice:  Due to a rock slide on the Tennessee side, Deals Gap is closed.  However, the Cherohala Skyway is still a great ride.  Please consider our alternative "The Snake" if you are really into curvy roads!!!.  You'll need money for lunch!  Will be some interstate riding. Bring money for lunch.  (Ride Bosses: Sidney/Sam)

8:15 a.m. Ride departs for Little Switzerland.  Travel high up in NC’s Blue Ridge Mountains where there lies a little village named for its similarity to the Swiss Alps. Have lunch in the Chalet Restaurant and see their shops.  Enjoy fantastic rides there and back. (Ride Bosses: Steve/Laurie)

8:30 a.m. Ride leaves for Shatley Springs.  This is a way back in the woods, family-style restaurant, who brings the bowls of fried chicken, ham, gravies, biscuits, corn, beans, potatoes, and a whole lot more, to your plate just like Mama did.  It is one of those “All-you-can-eat” joints ($15.50 cash only.  NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS, so be prepared), too, as well has plated dinners with 2 veggies (price varies).  My pick:  The all-you-can-eat.  You won’t be sorry!  A true Retreads favorite.  The ride up there and back is real good, as well!  (Ride Bosses: Mike Lane/Wayne)

Tuesday June 15

8:00 a.m.  Registration/hospitality room opens

7:45 a.m.  Rides begin.  Line-up is on the LEFT SIDE OF HOTEL, pointed towards the rear of the hotel.  Check your ride sheet to see what time your ride is scheduled to leave.  Please be on time.

7:45 a.m.  Ride leaves for Biltmore Estates. Group rate is $40pp for the house, gardens, winery, stables and more. The regular June rate is $60pp, so you are getting a $20 savings.  Tour starts at 10:00 a.m.  Will be mostly interstate riding there as for the time crunch. (Ride Bosses: Sam/Others from Raleigh)

9:00 a.m. Raffle starts at Blue Ridge Harley Davidson.  Drop in with your name badge and fill out an entry form for a raffle.  The prize is $150.00 of their cool merchandise.  The lucky ticket will be drawn on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the conclusion of our luncheon (you do not need to be present to win.)

2:00 p.m. Beading Class with Diddy.  Learn how to make an easy bracelet.. or two.

Thursday June 17

8:00 a.m.  Registration/hospitality room opens

8:00 a.m.  Rides begin.  Line-up is on the LEFT SIDE OF HOTEL, pointed towards the rear of the hotel.  Check your ride sheet to see what time your ride is scheduled to leave.  Please be on time.

9:00 a.m.  Ride to Hiddenite Gem Mine.  Pan for genuine treasures and do some pleasant riding.  **Be Warned!  The road into the Gem area is dirt and gravel and may be hazardous if you are not careful.  Those on trikes should have no problem but those on two wheels should be very careful!** 

11:00 a.m. - 1 p.m.  Drop in luncheon, compliments of Blue Ridge Harley Davidson of Hickory.  Hotdogs and fixin's for all who have on their nametags when they attend.  The drawing for their week-long raffle will be at 1:00 p.m.  Eat lunch anytime during that period.  Remember, you do not have to be present to win!

12:00 Noon.  Hospitality room closes.

6:00 p.m.. Doors open for Buffet and Awards Banquet (Main Ballroom)

Take a bath and go to bed.

Friday June 18

Pack up and head home!   On the road again... I just can't wait to get on the road again...
